LIFE AND LEADERSHIP COACH & TRAINER

SELF-LEADERSHIP STEWARD

NERVOUS SYSTEM CO-REGULATOR

Outdoor portrait of Jenna Williams, life and leadership coach and trainer in Pittsburgh, PA.

ABOUT  me

As a self-development and organizational development coach, trainer, and consultant for over a decade, I’ve guided hundreds of organizational leaders, individuals, and various groups to step out of comfort zones, build essential skills, apply highly effective strategies, and maintain the focus needed to achieve important goals, make meaningful shifts, and transform the very way they live and work.

My unique development approach draws from my broad education and credentials across the fields of psychology, neurobiology, organizational and leadership theory, emotional intelligence, habit formation, stress response, trauma resolution, outcome measurement, and of course, the art and science of professional coaching.  As my approach leverages proven principles on how our mind, body, and relational nature work together optimally – my goal is simple, achieve real results that last!

While we’ll focus on achieving your tangible goals, it’s also all about your having those profound and lasting internal shifts – the changes you feel in your bones.  The ones that make life and work not only feel better, but be better.

And it all begins with getting intentional about your goals and self-development.  Because your results will be worth it – 100%.

And,  because you deserve it.

Seriously.

I can't think of a better reason than that !
