Purpose of the Enneagram
The Enneagram model explores patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving — including underlying beliefs, fears, and desires — as deeper dimensions of personality. It is a deep dive into self-development that increases personal effectiveness, fulfillment, and well-being while fostering a greater sense of inner meaning and connection to one's authentic self.

The self-development strategies share the same goals as the DiSC behavioral style model, yet go a bit deeper than behavior patterns by also examining thinking and feeling patterns for each style.
Coaching sessions address the topics clients bring to each session through the lens of their Enneagram style and any other coaching modalities they wish to incorporate. The most popular formal training programs include improving focus areas such as: communication, conflict, giving and receiving feedback, leadership, and teamwork.
There are two assessment methods:

The online assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete and provides a 13-page report that identifies your core style, wing, and other foundational style information. This is low cost, basic report I use to facilitate identifying your core style among the top three results of your report.

An immersive, highly interactive, and thought provoking in-person assessment identifies one's style through a one-person Discovery Session (1.5 hrs.), a two-person Discovery Session (2 hrs,), or a Group Session (4 hrs., which includes a brief self-growth training module tailored to your interest).
