FOR LEADERS & TEAMS
THE POWER OF
assessmentss

When organizations use an assessment grounded in a proven development model, they foster a culture of continuous improvement — one where learning, growth, and accountability are strengthened as shared values and expectations.

Assessments — such as those focused on behavioral style and leadership or team effectiveness — emphasize observable behaviors rather than assumed character or intent. This objective approach reduces defensiveness, builds psychological safety, and makes feedback easier to understand and act on.

In my experience, most leaders and teams truly want to excel — and assessment feedback helps show them how.

-
Building a more cohesive, accountable, and productive group or team
-
Helping your group or team recognize and celebrate their unique strengths and embrace learning edges
-
Developing relevant behavioral competencies, such as Collaborative Communication and Giving Effective Feedback
-
Demonstrating the benefits and impact of ongoing self-development

Competencies
IS THIS YOUR GOAL, TOO?
To support leaders in obtaining meaningful feedback from close colleagues — helping them recognize strengths and identify the top management competencies needed to increase leadership impact
Program Highlights
—
This fully customized coaching engagement is designed to fit your objectives, time frame, and budget and provides a comprehensive ~35-page feedback report that focuses on concrete strategy recommendations for the leader's top three areas of development.
—
It measures 8 universal management competencies broken down into a total of 18 skills that are behaviorally defined — allowing your leaders to pinpoint exactly where and how to improve.
—
—
It takes about 35 minutes to complete, including the open comment sections. I uniquely offer a short welcome video to guide, encourage, and show raters how to provide clear, constructive feedback with confidence — since this is a major barrier in 360 assessments!
Invites an average of 7–14 people to serve as anonymous raters across four groups: supervisors, direct reports, peers, and others. The report displays ratings only by group to preserve anonymity for all individual ratings and comments, which requires at least two raters per group. Having enough raters who work closely with the leader generates the most useful feedback.

3) Team Cohesion
& Performance
IS THIS YOUR GOAL, TOO?
To help your team better understand one another and prioritize the team's top areas for improvement, so you can optimize how you work together and take your team — and organization — to the next level!
Program Highlights
—
Designed for executive teams and other interdependent teams where collaboration and clarity is critical for success. The feedback report is generated from team members’ anonymous responses to questions about the team’s productive and unproductive behaviors, acceptable and unacceptable behaviors during conflict, and the specific actions needed to improve your team's cohesion and performance across all 5 Behaviors.
—
Breakout activities, group discussions, and practical tools help translate the report into real-world improvements at work. Team members gain a better understanding of team dynamics, work with the facilitator to explore and solve an existing team barrier during the session, and develop action plans for key improvement areas across the 5 Behaviors.
—
Team members learn their individual DiSC® behavioral style and the styles of their team members — and how these contribute to the team’s overall success. Insights gained include appreciation and respect of differences, as well as strategies to adapt to other styles.
—
A customized coaching program can be added for extra support to refine new processes and address challenges and opportunities that arise.
—
The assessment takes about 25 minutes to complete and delivers a personalized ~35-page feedback report, unique to each participant, with activities and strategies to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
