  • For leaders, the 20-page personalized report can emphasize management.

  • This slightly shorter report offers a more cost-effective option when budget and time are important considerations.

  • This goal of this advanced program is to drive manager performance

  • Content Options: For those new to the DiSC, the program is adjusted to fit your program length (8-hour minimum).  Advanced content (detailed below) is delivered in half-day, full-day, or multi-day sessions and can include additional training topics as desired.

  • A 26-27 page personalized report is generated.

THE LEARNING MODULES

​1)  DiSC Overview & Other Foundational Content (detailed in the Workplace Module section) is customized based on participants’ levels of DiSC and management experience. 

 

2) Advanced management content can include any of the following formal DiSC Management Modalities — in addition to any other training areas your scope includes.
