My approach

It's my experience that there is a prime sweet spot for creating real growth and transformation  yet almost all development approaches fall short of reaching it. While many address the "what" and "why" behind change  most all omit  the "how to".

Our Relationships

HERE IT IS !

So,

When these 3 areas are in sync, we show up as our MOST authentic and Best Selves.

What Each Means

This sweet spot — where mind, body, and relationships intersect — is the place where lasting change happens. It doesn’t come from insight or inspiration alone; otherwise, one could read such a book — then poof, make that change for good.  Instead, change begins when one starts thinking, feeling, and acting in new ways. It grows when one has enough support to see the new possibilities, explore applying different behaviors, reflect on what works and what doesn’t, adjust, recommit, and integrate those shifts into how we live and work. And that’s when the sweet rewards of our efforts emerge!

I leverage the sweet spot of working with — and not against — the way humans are naturally wired cognitively, psychologically, neuro-biologically, and socially.  Being in this sweet spot involves learning to strengthen your "connection" to our mind, to our body, and within all our relationships — the relationships with others and the one we have internally with ourselves (how we view and treat ourselves).

My approach emphasizes HOW to change by learning, practicing, and integrating the foundational concepts and frameworks needed for more having more connected conversations — those with others and within ourselves.  Because it’s the level of connection within our conversations that determines whether  we can show up as our Best Selves — whatever we are doing!

We humans are wired to have undeniable POWER (and fulfillment!) when in the optimal state of connection.  Connection is the thread that weaves through all my work with clients — and the very thing that fuels the way I most love to live.

So, if you want to step into YOUR Best Self,

or help your group or team do the same,

  • Connection to your deeper thoughts in your mind by identifying your values, gives you clarity about what truly matters, allowing change to come from inner alignment rather than inner judgement and self-force.

  • Connection with your body through your body awareness, brings you insight about your nervous system patterns that shape how you respond to stress, curiosity, confidence, boundaries, and motivation—making change more sustainable, embodied, and solid within you.  Add align with goodneses

  • Connection in your relationships with others is about strengthening your relational capacity and skillset.  Since xxx relationships play a central role in our lives—and relationships are often the source of our greatest and ongoing challenges.  Add
