We best leverage strengths by finding the inspiration behind our values and then applying that inspiration to how we live and work. Most of us know at least some of our strengths, but it is highly beneficial to identify all of them realistically, and fully.
Fully knowing your strengths includes how others would describe you and how you might be rigidly “overusing” your strengths to the point of derailing your own effectiveness. Strengths turn into weaknesses when they are overused.
For those uncomfortable with taking credit or feeling good about their strengths, we work on that. And the same for the opposite case: for those who think they do not have an area to develop, we explore that, because life-long learning is the only way to continually grow and more fully achieve.
