How is Executive/Leadership Coaching Different than Life Coaching?
As a certified executive and leadership coach — and a fellow business owner — I seamlessly integrate business and leadership insights into our coaching work. While our sessions will include core coaching strategies that support personal growth (similar to life coaching), executive/leadership coaching goes a step further. It incorporates specialized components designed specifically for organizational and business contexts, such as:
