Facing Resistance & Building Success

Resistance is one of the most difficult barriers to making changes and achieving what we need or desire.  We will cover the science of how our brain and nervous system work and practice using effective strategies to “work with” our biology and use innovative strategies to sidestep obstacles and habitual pitfalls. 

 

Although people tend to have a set of core values and express those values in our work and personal lives, we do not often look to see if our actions reflect our values.  This alignment becomes a substantial motivation for change. 

  

As we grow and overcome obstacles, we build empowerment to take more effective steps towards change.  Waiting for the change to happen  out-of-nowhere or waiting to someday receive the “motivation to change” simply does not work:  It just means we are putting off our desires and   goals and not fully living.
