Measures 8 universal management competencies broken down into a total of 18 skills that are behaviorally defined — allowing your leaders to pinpoint exactly where and how to improve.

Invites an average of 7–14 people to serve as anonymous raters across four groups: supervisors, direct reports, peers, and others. The report displays ratings only by group to preserve anonymity for all individual ratings and comments, which requires at least two raters per group. Having enough raters who work closely with the leader generates the most useful feedback.

It takes about 35 minutes to complete, including the open comment sections. I uniquely offer a short welcome video to guide, encourage, and show raters how to provide clear, constructive feedback with confidence — since this is a major barrier in 360 assessments!
