Choosing an SEP coach offers a unique, powerful experience, as I describe the basics below:
My Approval Type & Level
I can provide individual personal sessions for the “Beginning Level” requirement, and 4 hours are required for this level to earn your SEP certificate. It's recommended that you to complete these in your Beginning Level (your first) year.
Complimentary Debrief
Up to 4 sessions include a free, extra 20-minute SE concept debrief if desired/helpful to you, where you can ask any questions you like about SE.
My Approach
As a SE professional certified coach, I intentionally expand the scope of the course’s “SIBAM” model beyond how a traditional therapist would use SE. I do this by using use powerful, gentle questions that invite further introspection into other areas, such as identifying values, old and new beliefs, personal dreams and goals, your connection with your core Self (“Self” as defined within the Internal Family Systems perspective), and your Enneagram style, if you are familiar with your style. As a coach, I also offer an exploration of how you might take any new, desired action steps after your session, when applicable/helpful to you.
